Целеви групи на проект "QUALFARM" са следните:

  • Общото население в трансграничната зона на проекта и по-конкретно в Регионална единица Еврос (Гърция) и в административните области Хасково, Смолян и Кърджали (България).
  • Съществуващи жилищни единици в горните райони
  • Селско население в горните райони, земеделци по професия и техните семейства
  • Жените в селските домакинства в горните райони
  • Млади учени, предприемачи и работници в хранително-вкусовата промишленост в горните области
  • Агенции и организации, които пряко или непряко участват в дейността на строителния бранш в горните области
  • Ръководство и персонал на бенефициентите по проект "QUALFARM"
